Rent an apartment or house in Masbate

Renting in Masbate City is refreshingly affordable. A bed space in a boarding house runs ₱1,500 to 1,600 a month, usually with water, electricity and wifi included, which is why students at Osmeña Colleges and Liceo de Masbate mostly live that way. A studio with its own CR and kitchen is ₱5,000 to 6,000, a two-bedroom apartment around ₱10,000, and a whole house with a yard rarely breaks ₱25,000. Outside the city, monthly rates drop further still.

Most rentals here never reach the internet. They move through word-of-mouth and Facebook groups.
