Renting in Masbate City is refreshingly affordable: simple rooms and studios start around ₱3,000–5,000 a month, decent two-bedroom apartments near Quezon Street or the boulevard run ₱10,000–20,000, and standalone houses with a yard rarely break ₱25,000. Outside the city, monthly rates drop further still.
